Instructions for submitting a thesis/dissertation for a Spring 2012 graduation:
1) Theses and dissertations must be submitted electronically to the UW ETD Administrator Site no later than 11:59 pm PST on Friday, June 8th. Detailed steps for submitting an electronic thesis or dissertation (ETD) are at

2) Committee approval forms must be delivered to the Graduate School no later than 5 pm PST on Monday, June 11th. The form must have original signatures from the faculty – no signature stamps, faxes, emails, electronic signatures, etc., will be accepted. Students with questions or concerns about committee approval forms should contact Graduate Enrollment Management Services (GEMS) at 206-685-2630 or 205-543-5900 or uwgrad.
All requirements noted above must be satisfied to be considered for Spring 2012 graduation.
